SafeWeave has three plans you can buy yourself, and custom plans by email. You can start on Free, try Cloud free for 14 days, and change plan at any time.

What each plan is for
Free is for trying SafeWeave and for solo projects. Scanners run on your own computer from your editor or terminal, with unlimited local scans, and one connected repository is scanned in the cloud (5 cloud scans a month). The dashboard shows your grade and how many findings there are at each severity. The full details and fixes are on Cloud.
Cloud is for anyone shipping an app. Up to 5 connected repositories are scanned on each push, on each pull request and once a day, and you get:
- every finding in full, with How to fix and Copy fix prompt
- Explain & fix with AI, with a monthly allowance
- full details in the GitHub check on every pull request, plus a pull request comment
- vibe-coded app checks for Supabase, Firebase, Next.js, Vite, Express and AI features
- live app checks on App URL scans, plus daily or weekly monitoring with email alerts
- compliance profiles, history and trends
Cloud Plus is everything in Cloud with 15 repositories, no monthly scan limit, a larger AI fix allowance, unlimited website monitoring, and up to 5 people (you included), each with their own license key.
The monthly scan limit on Cloud
Each repository gets a number of cloud scans a month: 5 on Free, 15 on Cloud. Cloud Plus has no limit.
- What counts: scans started by a push, by a pull request, or by Scan now. A scan that fails still counts.
- What doesn't count: the daily automatic scan. It always runs, and never uses up your scans.
- When it resets: at midnight UTC on the 1st of each month.
- Where you see it: each repository on Repositories shows "N/15 scans this month" (or "N/5" on Free).
- When you reach it: Scan now shows "Monthly scan limit reached · resets" with the date. Pushes and pull requests aren't scanned until the reset, and the pull request gets a SafeWeave Security Scan check marked neutral that says so. On Free the message points you to Cloud for 15 scans per repository. On Cloud it points you to Cloud Plus for unlimited scans.
The 14-day Cloud trial
- Start it from Upgrade plan with Start 14-day free trial on the Cloud card.
- Checkout asks for a card. You aren't charged during the trial.
- If you don't cancel, the trial turns into a paid Cloud subscription on day 15.
- The trial is offered once per email address. If you've had a subscription before, checkout starts a paid subscription straight away.
- Cloud Plus has no trial. It comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee instead.
How to upgrade
- Click Upgrade Plan in the sidebar, or Upgrade plan in Settings.
- On Upgrade plan, choose Monthly or Yearly (yearly saves 40%).
- Click Start 14-day free trial (Cloud) or Upgrade to Cloud Plus.
- Complete the secure checkout. You can enter a promotion code there if you have one.
- You return to the dashboard with your new plan active. Your repositories, scans and settings carry over.
Upgrading gives you a new license key. We email it to you, and your old key stops working straight away. Update it in your editor, your terminal and your CI secrets. See Your account.
If it doesn't work: "Failed to start checkout" means the checkout page could not be opened. Reload Upgrade plan and try again. If you leave checkout without paying, nothing is charged and your plan doesn't change.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings.
- In the Plan & billing card, click Cancel subscription.
- Read the message and click Confirm Cancellation, or Keep Subscription to go back.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the subscription ends. Cancelling during the trial means you're never charged.
After your subscription ends
Your account goes back to the Free plan automatically. The same thing happens if a payment fails and the subscription is closed.
- You sign in as before, and your license key keeps working.
- Your repositories stay connected and your scan history is kept. Pushes are still scanned, up to Free's 5 cloud scans a month; the daily scan is a Cloud feature, so it stops.
- You see grades and finding counts. Finding details, AI fixes, live app checks and monitoring stop.
- On Cloud Plus, your teammates' keys stop working.
To get everything back, upgrade again from Upgrade plan.
