1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SafeWeave's services, including our website, CLI tools, MCP integrations, and cloud dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
SafeWeave provides a security scanning platform that includes static analysis (SAST), secrets detection, dependency scanning, infrastructure as code scanning, container scanning, dynamic analysis (DAST), license compliance checking, and security posture assessment. Services are delivered through CLI tools, MCP server integrations, and a cloud-hosted dashboard.
3. Accounts & Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys.
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One person or entity per account unless on a Team plan with designated team seats.
4. Plans & Billing
SafeWeave offers Self-Hosted (Free), Self-Hosted Pro, Cloud, and Team plans with different feature sets and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.
- All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Self-Hosted (Free) tier. Refunds are available within the first 14 days of a new subscription. Contact support@safeweave.dev for refund requests.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to scan systems you do not own or have authorization to test.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
- Share or redistribute your license key to unauthorized parties.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure.
- Exceed the rate limits or usage quotas for your plan tier.
7. Intellectual Property
SafeWeave and its associated logos, interfaces, and documentation are the property of SafeWeave. You retain all rights to your source code and scan data. We claim no ownership over code you scan or findings generated from your projects.
8. Disclaimers
SafeWeave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our scanners will detect every vulnerability. Our service is a tool to assist your security practices, not a replacement for comprehensive security programs, penetration testing, or professional security audits.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeWeave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
